Tjokro Gunawan

Indonesian citizen, born in Surakarta, 71 years old.

Obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) majoring in Business Administration from the Philippines Christian University in Manila in 1979, a Bachelor of Accounting majoring in Accounting from the Indonesian Adventist University in Bandung in 1977, a Bachelor of Mathematics majoring in Mathematics from the Indonesian Adventist University in Bandung in 1975.

He has attended several non-formal education such as Strategic Human Resource Management from Harvard University in the United States in 2001, International Management from HEC School of Management, Paris in 1995, Top Management Program from The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in Manila in 1994, and Management Accounting from Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 1980. Apart from that, he also took certification from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), namely TOT Certificate – Corporate Governance Advanced Course (2011) and Corporate Governance Basic Course (2010).

At the Company, he served as President Director (1993 – 2015) and his last position at the Company was as President Commissioner (2015 – present). He started his career as a Mathematics Lecturer at Indonesian Adventist University (1975 – 1977), Manager at PT Unilever Indonesia (1979 – 1983), Corporate Development Manager at Kalbe Group (1983 – 1988), Chief Finance Officer (1989 – 2007) and President Commissioner in PT Dynaplast (2007 – present), President Director at PT Dynaplast Cubic Indonesia (1997 – 2004) and Independent Commissioner at PT Ciptadana Asset Management (2018 – present). Apart from that, he also served in Subsidiary Companies as President Commissioner at PT Cubic Indonesia (2004 – 2005) and President Director at PT Ciptapangan Sukses Makmur (2005 – 2015).

He also holds concurrent positions in Subsidiary Companies as:

Eko Putro Sandjojo

Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta, 58 years old.

Obtained a Master of Business Administration degree, majoring in General Management from the Indonesian Management Development Institute (IPMI) in Jakarta in 1993, Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering (BsEE), majoring in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky in 1991 and Associate Expert (Diploma 3), majoring in Electronics Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Indonesia, Jakarta in 1986.

He has served as Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2024. Apart from being Independent Commissioner at the Company, he also serves as Independent Commissioner at PT Indika Energy Tbk (2020 – present). He started his career as General Manager at PT Indonesia Farming (1994 – 1997), Director at PT American President Line (APL) (2003 – 2005), Main Director at PT Humpuss (holding). He had a career at PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk (formerly PT Sierad Produce Tbk) as Director (1997 – 2003), Main Director (2005 – 2006), CEO-Deputy Main Director (2009 – 2014) and President Director – CEO (2014 – 2016).
He was also the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration in the 2016 – 2019 period.

He does not hold concurrent positions in the Company's Subsidiaries.

Ivan Cokro Saputra

Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta, 41 years old.

Obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering, majoring in Industrial Engineering from The University of Arizona, in Tucson, Arizona in 2005.

At the Company, he served as Director (2007 – 2015) and his last position at the Company was as President Director (2019 – present). He started his career as Director at PT Cubic Indonesia (2004 – 2005), Commissioner at PT Ciptapangan Sukses Makmur (2005 – 2015)

He also holds concurrent positions in Subsidiary Companies as:

Obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Business, from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University in Bloomington, USA in 2002.

At the Company, he served as Commissioner (2007 – 2015) and his last position at the Company was as Director (2015 – present). He started his career as Assistant Vice President Relationship Manager at Citibank N.A. (2002 – 2005), Commissioner at PT Cubic Indonesia (2004 – 2005) and President Director at PT Mitrapak Eramandiri (2008 – 2021).

He also holds concurrent positions in Subsidiary Companies as:
